locate the switch, is it in the upper steering column or the lower steering column, if its in the upper you have to take the steeringwheel off and disassemble the whole upper piece
if its in the lower you will have to take the cover off and replace it
but if you have to ask how maybe you shouldnt, especially in a cadillac
