Settings 禄
General 禄
Keyboard 禄
International Keyboards 禄
Japanese
Enable the QWERTY keyboard.
Open note (notice that it will be in Marker Felt font)
Tap globe key (to switch to Japanese Qwerty keyboard)
Tap any character (notice font changes to Helvetica)
Tap delete key.
Tap globe key again (to switch back to English keyboard)
Note will remain in Helvetica font after all subsequent syncs with Apple Mail.
