How do you change the refresh rate on a sharp aquos 60 in. hdtv?

I just purchased this tv and installed it today.i hooked up a top of the line hdmi cable and began playing modern warfare 2 on ps3. I started playing and it seemed very wierd. it was almost like a lag. i looked online to solve the problem and i saw that people had fixed this problem by changing the refresh rate. i have no idea how to change it though. can someone help??How do you change the refresh rate on a sharp aquos 60 in. hdtv?You can't change the refresh rate unless you have those new 120hz and 240hz TVs. If you did not want to suffer from lag or motion blur, you should have not purchased a LCD instead you should have purchased a plasma, no lag no blur, excellent picture. You need to calibrate your HDTV in order to get the best picture quality.
