How do you change the home screen's wallpaper on the iOS4 update?

it says it's part of the upgrade, but I can't figure out how to do it. Does it work on the 3G, or just the 3GS?How do you change the home screen's wallpaper on the iOS4 update?Just the 3GS, I'm so angry about that. I have the 3G :(
