I wondered this too...for the hearts, I know you can type %26quot;%26amp;heart%26quot; on many websites, but other than that usually what I do is open Microsoft Word, click %26quot;Insert%26quot;, then %26quot;Symbol%26quot;. I get the symbol I want on the page and then copy + paste it to where I want.
It's long, but it works.
