How can i change the start and end times of a song on itunes?

I need to make a cd for my candle ceremony at my sweet 16. so i want to make a playlist of 16 songs then change the start and end times. but i don't want the times to change on my regular ipod playlist! how do i do this ?How can i change the start and end times of a song on itunes?First right click the song, then choose get info.
