How do I change the text color on my myspace navigational bar?

I've recently redone my myspace. I changed the color of the navigational bar to match my background, so now my navigational bar is BLACK. The text on the navigational bar is black too so I cant see the text on the black bar. Is there a way to change only the text on my profile's navigational bar?
