How do you change the writing language on Microsoft word 2007?

For my french class we have to write and illustrate a short story. My teacher mentioned something about changing the language so that it can check spelling/accent use.



Does anyone know how to change the language to French on microsoft word?

1. Make sure you've installed the French proofing tools from the Office CD. French and Spanish are bundled with English.

2. Press CTRL/A to select the entire document.

3. Click the Review tab on the Ribbon.

4. In the Proofing section, click Set Language.

5. Select the language you want in the list box.

6. To make this the default language for future documents, click the Default button.

7. Click Yes in the message box.

8. Click OK.
