How do you change the shutter speed on a Kodak Easyshare Z1275 digital camera?

I'm trying to change the shutter speed on my digital camera to 5-30 seconds so I can try making some light graffiti.

But, I'm not sure how to change the shutter speed, or if it's even possible.

I you need to put it into manual mode, on Kodak's I remember that will be PASM. In this mode you will get a series of options to adjust. In S submode it gives shutter priority and you can set it to a sensibly large shutter speed.
