1) Open Internet Explorer

2) Click tools then click %26quot;Internet Options%26quot; - if you don't see the menu bar then click on the little icon that looks like a small gear and then click %26quot;internet options.%26quot;

3) At the very bottom of the %26quot;Internet Options%26quot; window you'll see a button that says %26quot;colours%26quot; - click it

4) From here you can change colours for a bunch of things
