I just stupidly bought FIFA 09 for the PSP in Italy. How do I change the language?

Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to change the language [from italian to english] on their PSP version of FIFA 09I just stupidly bought FIFA 09 for the PSP in Italy. How do I change the language?There should be language settings in there some where. Just select English, But the FIFA games don't have a story mode or anything, so I don't think it would be a problem...
