Hi. I have ordered a phone from Canada and havent paid yet and was planning to do so on Tuesday. i phoned her the other Day she is in Canada and dose not sound like a scammer at all. So now i try phone and it say %26quot;The number you ahve reached is not is service-this is the telus mobility Network%26quot;- What dose this mean????Do scammers often change their cell number?Do Scammers Change their Cellphone number?yes, you got screwed
